Do you work fixed-price or hourly?
Both, depending on the engagement. Launch and Scale are fixed-scope with a fixed price agreed up front. Partner is a monthly retainer for ongoing work. We never bill surprise hours — scope and cost are always clear before we start.
What's not included?
Third-party costs (cloud hosting, API usage, app store fees, paid tools) are billed to you directly at cost. Everything else — design, engineering, testing, and launch — is inside the agreed scope.
Can I upgrade tiers later?
Yes. Many clients start with Launch to validate an idea, then move to Scale or Partner as the product grows. Your codebase and documentation carry over, so upgrading never means starting over.
How do payments work?
Fixed-scope projects are typically split into milestones (kickoff, midpoint, launch). Retainers are billed monthly. We agree the schedule up front so there are no surprises.
